It should not be called 7 floors of hell more like 5 floors of shit. Hardly any workers in houses. Like a wax museum. Went through all 5 in 25 min. Not a single person on website was on location. Worst 112 bucks I ever spent and feel should be refunded for complete lie

I've been to over 50 haunts in my life and this was by far the worst hands down. The seven haunts were so short and after each one I was left wanting to just leave when more. Each of the 7 haunts were severely lacking in both actors and props. The basement had maybe 5 actors and a few props, boogie man had 2 actors and 1 at the exit (the first and last did nothing, while the boogie man only opened a door, announced he was the boogie man, then closed the door), there was another haunt with maybe 3 actors too, but I'm unsure which now. Phobia was poorly spaced from the start with a huge line forming instantly and basement want much better. In all, the 7 haunts reminded me of a brand new haunt looking to just push guests through with no effort put into the habit and certainly not a 25 yr haunt like the one ticket taker told us it was. I can't honestly say much was done right by this haunt, with most actors simply screaming loudly, rather than having any character or dialogue. The actors who didn't scream simply stood there and did nothing. I would avoid this haunt at all costs. There are so many others in ohio and michigan that are cheaper, longer, have better actors, have better props, and leave you thinking wow, that was amazing! This isn't one of those.

This place isn’t worth the money you pay to get in. All the houses barely have actors and if they do, they’re terrible. I can’t believe they’ve been around so long for being so bad. Don’t waste your time! There’s plenty of other houses that put forth more effort in scaring you.

7 Floors is a great time for all. They have 7 houses that you can visit in any order. They have outside actors to keep you entertained while waiting in line. You could easily spend a couple of hours of having fun here.
